Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened soy milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
In a small pot, heat milk over medium-high heat until it starts to steam. Lower heat to low and whisk in maple syrup, vanilla, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper. Remove from heat and pour into two mugs.
