Ingredients:
1 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup baby spinach
1⁄4 of an avocado, sliced
1 cup sliced cherry or grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional garlic powder or other seasonings of choice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Add garlic powder or seasonings if desired.
