Ingredients:
1⁄2 small frozen banana
1 1⁄2 cups frozen pineapple
1 1⁄2 cups reduced fat canned coconut milk
Optional: 2 shots of rum for an alcoholic beverage
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with toasted coconut flakes if desired.
