This quick and easy wrap is a delicious and nutritious lunch option for any time. Garlicky black beans, sweet and tropical mango, and creamy avocado pair together perfectly.
Spinach, one of my top ten beauty foods, is full of nutrients to keep eyes clear, bright, and healthy. Mango and avocado contain vitamin E to help keep skin smooth and supple. Plus, this wrap is packed with a whopping 35 grams of satiating fiber to help you stay slim.
